Kim is an experienced consultant and trainer who continuously receives excellent reviews from clients. She is known for her fun, dynamic and interactive training style, and brings a sophisticated but down-to-earth approach to her delivery.

As an educator and manager with more than 20 years experience in managing and learning delivery, she possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge. Most recently she was Director of Government Programs, Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, Edmonton. Kim has delivered hundreds of training sessions and provides consulting and instruction design services to clients. She now adds coaching to her practice in hopes of expanding her influence and assist individuals and organizations in meeting their goals.

Kim has a Bachelors Degree in Adult Education from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, and a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. She possesses several facilitation and international training program certifications, and is a qualified MBTI, DiSC and Strengths Deployment (SDI) practitioner. Kim holds a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation from Royal Roads Univiersity and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
